This policy explains what information BWP Fitness ("we", "us") collects through bwpfitness.com and how it is used. BWP Fitness is run by coach Billy Pinson in Monrovia, California.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, your goal, and whether you prefer online coaching, in-person training in Monrovia, or are not sure. If you call, text or email, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) in server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to you about coaching or training, including your founding-client rate.
- To schedule sessions and check-ins if you become a client.
- To keep basic records of our conversations with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
The website and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Email and phone messages are handled by our email and phone providers. These providers process information only to deliver their service to us.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about the request you made. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling us directly.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
